I have been gone what seems like forever. Yesterday I started playing once again and I have paint on my fingers! Feels so good to be back and happily, I have my very first studio workspace!
Happy Paint Party Friday!. Huge hopes of being back next week with an actual finished painting!
That drawing is great and I look forward to seeing this finished... that orange paint looks like it is dying to jump on a page somewhere...xx

This time of year is so challenging when it comes to sitting down and doing something in my studio; in May and June it's the end of school for me (a teacher) and my stepson, and it seems like we have a gazillion things scheduled, and once summer vacation begins it doesn't let up! Weddings, parties, picnics, outings with friends; it's hard to make sure time is set aside for creating! I hope your summer will offer you plenty of opportunities to paint and draw and create art!
